I have built more than 300 funnels over the last 7 years. Yeah, I'm crazy like that.
At first they were all to generate buyer and seller leads from my real estate website, and it worked! I would usually make a YouTube video or write a blog post and then offer a free guide that someone could download from my website.
Look at the screenshot above from November 22nd. I got six leads that day alone. When you have multiple funnels going at once, it's like compounding interest. That's how you get leads every week, or even every day.
It was not uncommon to get 30-50 organic leads per month. This is why I formed a team.
I used the exact same strategy when I launched my coaching business in 2018. I've generated more than 45,000 leads since then.

What if I'm a VBA student?
You are always welcome to attend any of my live events. This would be great for you if you have my lead magnet templates but you have never really implemented them with a funnel strategy. Let's make one together in real time!
What if I'm NOT a VBA student?
No problem. Video Boss Agent Academy focuses on making YouTube videos. While I do talk about lead magnets, landing pages, and funnels in general terms, I focus mostly on the video making process in that program.
What if I don't have a web site yet?
This page you're looking at is hosted on one of my favorite platforms. It's affordable, their templates are beautiful, and it connects with many different CRM solutions. I'll have a discount code for attendees if you want to try it out and I'll even share my exact landing page template with you! Just import mine and modify it rather than starting from scratch with something else.
Will I get feedback on my work?
Yes, if you want it! You'll have some tasks to complete each day and once you're done, feel free to share your work in our private community and ask for feedback.
Will this be a lot of work?
Let me ask you this... If it takes you 5-10 hours to set up ONE TIME and you can get leads and close deals for the next three years, will it be worth the time? How about since you're not buying those leads or paying a referral fee? If you only closed one transaction it would pay for itself many times over. Are you willing to put in the work up front to save lots and lots of time and money in the long term?
I don't have a CRM (don't yell at me.)
Here's some tough love... it's 2025. When are you going to get a CRM, when you're 85 years old and still working 10 hour days? The correct answer is NO, YOU ARE NOT. The best time to get one was 15 years ago, and the second best time is right now. I'll share some recommendations for user friendly software in various price points. If you can use Docusign and transaction management programs, you can learn to use a CRM.
