Investors looking for multi-family properties?

Your niche should address specific people with specific needs—not just a geographic area.

One common objection I hear is: “I don’t want to turn away business!”

I get it; that’s a natural concern, especially if you’re new to real estate. But here’s the truth: having a narrow audience doesn’t mean turning away clients. Instead, it means that the clients you attract will feel so deeply understood that they’ll choose you over anyone else.

So yes, you can work with anyone—but if you become known as the expert in a particular area, you’ll grow a loyal audience who values what you bring to the table.
